St John’s College is proud to present the 28th St John’s College Easter Rugby Festival, brought to you by Standard Bank, on April 17, 19, and 21 — a celebration of the best in schoolboy rugby. There are no league tables, trophies, or medals at the Easter Rugby Festival, it is all about the love of rugby, school spirit, and community. The Easter Rugby Festival is a wonderful day out for the whole family, with the St John’s Pre-Prep Tea Garden, food trucks, and Beer Village available for your enjoyment. – The school can be accessed through Houghton Avenue and Elma Street. – The school map indicates parking zones, seating areas, food stalls, restrooms, and first-aid stations.
This year sees the 41st edition of the Saints SportsFest and we are hugely proud to be hosting this epic event which has been showcasing the best school talent since its inception in 1984. The 2025 College theme is ‘A Family of Schools’. For traffic flow and to access the school, motorists can use St Patrick Road and turn right into The Firs Street, drive straight until an intersection where they can turn left into Louis Botha Avenue.
